Our most respected restaurant, Grič, reached another milestone!
Earlier last year chef Luka Košir already drawn attention of Michelin reviewers! It was the first round of Slovenian visits by one of the most respected culinary guides in the world. Immediately he was honoured as "Bib Gourmand" for "exceptionally good food at moderate prices" in addition to that he was reworded with newly introduced Sustainability Emblem. Thanks to amazing work Luka and his team, the second year of reviewing by Michelin brought the eight star to Slovenia.
Let's not forget that Luka was named as Chef of the future by Gault & Millau. Also, he's an ambassador of European gastronomical region as well as a pride owner of the Green key award.
Luka Košir is running the family restaurant Grič since 2009 in Šentjošt nad Horjulom.
